Made oF White

As this whole 52 Albums project draws to a close I’m finding myself a bit reluctant to wind-up Goodbye Albatross.
As anyone who knows me will tell you I’m a terrible procrastinator. Ideas come and if I’m lucky the better ones hang around, expectantly waiting for me to do something with them. But you know “my mind just wanders sometimes” and mainly they just float off in search of more fertile fields.
But this whole blogging experiment has turned out to be useful beyond restarting a conversation with an old friend and an excuse to buy new music.
Like most people I seem to get more done if there is a deadline, even if it’s a self-imposed one. And the little bit of public accountability (even if that public is, Oh, Ten readers on a good day!) doesn’t hurt either.
So me and my pony are going to keep right on – posting more poems, some more music (though I’m not committing to anything regular this time) and just to make this blog half-way useful, a new category called Made of White, which is where I’m going to set down THINGS THAT ACTUALLY GET DONE:
There are a few guitars that have been sitting in half completed states for longer then I care to remember. The ‘still’ to finish and that damn motorcycle!

So my fine feathered friends. Here’s the invitation. Theres just a few more Albums to finish, then 52 weeks is done. If you have nothing better to do with your time then you are more than welcome to follow along on this new trail – Just watch out for the
horse shit though.:-)
